• Planning Your Visit:

Patient appointments are made by prior booking through the Clinic's website, phone, or social media.

• Punctuality:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late, the Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

• Changes to Plans:

If you are unable to attend, please notify the administrator at least 24 hours in advance.

• Continuity of Treatment:

Findings from external laboratories or clinics are taken into account by the doctor, but the final treatment plan and prescribed procedures are determined exclusively after a consultation with an Estet Medical specialist.

• Treatment Outcome:

Medical intervention involves working with a unique biological system. The effectiveness of procedures depends not only on the doctor's professionalism but also on the patient's diligent adherence to all recommendations during the rehabilitation period.

• Refusal of Services:

The doctor reserves the right to refuse further treatment to a patient in case of systematic violation of medical prescriptions or internal regulations.

• Cost:

Current prices are listed in the Clinic's price list. The final cost of surgeries and complex procedures will be determined by the doctor during the consultation.

• Payment Procedure:

Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. Payment can be made in Hryvnia by cash or via bank terminal.

• Insurance:

If you have an insurance policy, please confirm payment options with your insurance company before your appointment.

• Documentation Ownership:

All medical documentation (charts, test results, photo and video materials) is the property of the Clinic and is stored in its archive. Patients have the right to receive copies of documents or an extract upon written request.

• Medical Confidentiality:

We guarantee complete confidentiality. Information regarding your visit or health status will only be provided to you or your legal representatives.

• Communication Etiquette:

We build relationships based on mutual respect. Displays of aggression, rudeness, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other patients are unacceptable. Inpatient Ward: Visiting patients in the inpatient ward is permitted only with the doctor's consent (no more than 2 people at a time).

• Prohibitions:

It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, alcohol, or narcotics, as well as to conduct unauthorized photo and video shooting on the Clinic's premises.

• Personal Belongings:

The Clinic is not responsible for valuables left unattended or in outerwear in the cloakroom.

• Air Raid Alert:

In case of an air raid alert, all patients must immediately leave the premises and proceed to the nearest shelter. The Clinic is not responsible for the consequences of a patient remaining on the premises during a threat if they refuse to go to a shelter.
